   5. We usually keep any general email correspondence with you for a period of five years, then delete it. We conduct periodic reviews of the personal data we hold online for both email and website and delete data that is no longer needed.
   6. At the end of the retention period - which may be up to 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements - all personal data deemed obsolete will either be deleted completely or anonymised. For example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.

7. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

   1. We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.
